INFOM8

AWARE that a traditional coffee table high-class magazine style event programme often needs a more immediate partner or maybe doesn’t suit everyone we’ve developed the ‘InfoM8’ as a modern and convenient alternative or addition.

The InfoM8 is a foldable information booklet containing everything a visitor or spectator needs to know about the event, along with up-to-the-minute news, features and interviews. Housed inside a plastic pouch and secured around the neck by a lanyard, we can produce a different InfoM8 every day to take into account the changes occurring throughout the event. In the case of a golf tournament, for instance, this means that in addition to a course map, tented village plan and spectator information, the InfoM8 also includes a different daily time sheet and the most recent player interviews, news, information and offers.

The portable design of the InfoM8 is such that it can also be used as a ‘pre-event’ publicity vehicle or information pack. It can be sent out as a brochure with tickets or alternatively we can utilise our Worldwide Golf and Sport & Fitness Middle East publications by including an InfoM8 on the event as a supplement in our magazines. As the technology develops we also have plans in place that will enable us to offer a digital version of the InfoM8 that will be sent to spectators’ mobile phones when they text a unique number.
